This service is operated by Not configured. By using Era Forge, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. The game is not directed to children. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply where you live.
Service and game progress
The game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Game progress may initially be associated with a random browser or device account. Clearing site storage, losing an access token, changing browsers, or changing devices may make an anonymous cloud save unavailable until account recovery is introduced.
We may balance, update, suspend, or discontinue features, levels, virtual items, rewards, and services for maintenance, security, compliance, or product reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably practical, but no particular feature or virtual balance is guaranteed to remain available.
Virtual items and rewarded advertising
Coins, gems, upgrades, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed only for use inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, traded, or transferred, and are not your property. The current version does not offer paid purchases.
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising service reports the required viewing result and our systems accept the request. No reward is due when an ad is unavailable, closed early, interrupted, duplicated, fraudulent, or rejected for technical or security reasons. We may correct duplicate or erroneous rewards.
Advertising and third-party services
The game may use advertising, hosting, security, and other third-party services. Their content and data practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control the availability or content of third-party advertisements. Advertising must not be confused with game controls, and you are never required to click an ad.
Acceptable use
You may not use bots, automation, tampering, modified clients, exploits, fraudulent traffic, repeated reward requests, or other methods to interfere with the game, advertising measurement, fair play, accounts, networks, or service security. You may not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, remove rights notices, or copy or redistribute game content without permission.
Intellectual property
The game software, names, text, artwork, animation, audio, and other content are owned by the operator or their respective licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for normal personal gameplay and no other license.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address fraud or security risks, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or permanent preservation of progress. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
